I have been involved with the Calgary Society of Independent Filmmaker’s (CSIF) Older Filmmakers Club for a few years now. (https://csif.org/clubs/) We have been talking about the issues we would like to address in our films. Of course, we do not want to focus exclusively on issues that older people face, but we do want to emphasis elder issues.

I made progress on a few small projects recently. One was one that has been hanging around for nearly two years. The others are a response to a script writing challenge to the CSIF Older Filmmaker’s Club.

This week I installed Blender version 3.0, joined the Older Filmmakers ZOOM meeting, and started work on a video based on my writing exercise “The Desperation of the Wretched Senator.” Blender I got version 3.0 of Blender working this week.
